In unserem Admin & Finance Bereich schaust Du hinter die Kulissen unseres IT-Consulting Unternehmens und arbeitest intern mit unserem Accounting und Controlling Team zusammen. Durch die Integration unserer internationalen Gesellschaften, sowie in Verbindung mit unserem Konzernverbund warten viele nationale und internationale Aufgaben auf Dich. 

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Organisation: Von der Standortsuche bis hin zur Verwaltung bist Du für unser gesamtes Officemanagement verantwortlich.
  • Verwaltung: Du agierst als zentrale Anlaufstelle und Verwaltungsinstanz unserer Unternehmens-Versicherungen.
  • Koordination: Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit unserem Travel-Team die Planung unserer Events und unterstützt bei der Reisekostenabrechnung. 
  • Optimierung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung über die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse und bist im engen Austausch mit unseren Mitarbeiter:innen und den Serviceline-Teams.

These Skills you bring along

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung inkl. Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich 
  • Du arbeitest in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Nice-to-have: Erfahrung mit MS Office Modulen wie MS Excel und PowerPoint und Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
