Als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) unseres Personalverwaltungsteams bist Du maßgeblich für die Beaufsichtigung und Verantwortung von Gehaltsabrechnungsprozessen verantwortlich. Dabei begegnen Dir abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben von der Sicherstellung und Einhaltung aller Vergütungs- und Steuervorschriften bis zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen, in denen Du aktiv neue Prozesse mitgestaltest und umsetzt.

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Beaufsichtigung der Gehaltsabrechnung: Du überwachst die Gehaltsabrechnung, indem Du alle vergütungsrelevanten Mitarbeiterdaten für das externe Steuerbüro bereitstellst und berechnest.
  • Datenqualität ist das A und O: Als Teil des Payroll-Teams pflegst Du Personalakten und hältst die Personaldatensysteme stets auf aktuellem Stand.
  • Du glänzt mit Fachwissen: Unser Management kannst Du mit Deinen Kenntnissen zu Arbeits- und Steuerrecht bei neuen Fragestellungen beratend unterstützen und Du hast Freude daran, Dich in neue Anforderungen einzuarbeiten.
  • Unsere ADWEKOs können sich auf Dich verlassen: Du erstellst HR-Dokumente wie z. B. Vertragsänderungen oder Bescheinigungen und unterstützt bei Fragen zur Personalverwaltung.

These Skills you bring along

  • Berufserfahrung und fundierte Fachkenntnisse im steuer- und arbeitsrechtlichen Umfeld
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in Gehaltsabrechnungsprozessen und HR-Stammdatenpflege (vorzugsweise mit SAP) 
  • Routinierter Umgang mit Excel
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
