Wir suchen Persönlichkeiten, die sowohl mit ihren technischen Fähigkeiten operativ am SAP-System als auch mit ihrem Organisationstalent glänzen. Mit Fokus auf zuverlässige Services und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit betreust und steuerst Du komplexe IT-Lösungen im SAP Financial Services und übernimmst die Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams.

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Aktiv Mitgestalten: Du gestaltest Service Prozesse und Strukturen, sorgst für den strategischer Ausbau des SAP Service Teams und stellst eine effektive Ressourcenplanung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Servicequalität sicher.
  • Verantwortungsübernahme: Du steuerst Service-Delivery Aktivitäten, Service Projekte und bist für den 2nd & 3rd-Level-Support komplexer SAP-Applikationen verantwortlich.
  • Anforderungsanalyse: Du konzipierst neue fachliche und technische Services und setzt diese beim Kunden um, insbesondere im Bereich SAP S/4.
  • Blick aufs große Ganze: Du arbeitest aktiv an operativen Themen im System mit, um einen umfassenden Einblick und Expertise zu gewährleisten.
  • Kundenakquise: Im Presales Prozess unterstützt Du bei Pitches zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden.
  • Fokus Mensch: Du förderst die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung Deiner Teammitglieder

These Skills you bring along

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik bzw. in einer Naturwissenschaft oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Financial Services Bereich, Application Management oder Application Operations 
  • Motivation sich mit neuen Technologien wie S/4 und HANA auseinanderzusetzen
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft zu Kunden- und Firmenterminen
  • Nice-to-have: Projekterfahrung mit SAP Financial Services Modulen (Bank Analyzer, BW, FPSL, S/4)
