Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Optimiere die Prozesse unserer Kunden: Du arbeitest u. a. an der Robotic Process Automation (RPA), der Optimierung von Kreditentscheidungen durch KI oder der Lösungsintegration von Start-ups (FinTechs) durch Open Banking mit.
  • Erarbeite Dir integrative Lösungen: In Transformationsprojekten zu nationalen und internationalen Rechnungsstandards erarbeitest Du integrative Lösungen passend zu den Kundenanforderungen.
  • Lerne innovative Systeme kennen: Du begleitest Deine Kunden bei der Transformation des Finance-Bereichs und lernst innovative IT-Lösungen wie z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP FPSL oder UiPath kennen.
  • Deine Weiterentwicklung im Vordergrund: Du vertiefst Deine Skills in den Themen Accounting, Prozessoptimierung, Commercial Banking und Data Quality and Governance.

    Mögliche Einsatzfelder:

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswirkungsanalysen
  • Transformation in neue Banksteuerungs- oder Systemarchitekturen
  • Einführung neuer Kreditsysteme
  • Fusion von Banken
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Datenqualitätsmaßnahmen 

These Skills you bring along

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z. B. BWL/VWL), Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine äquivalente abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen (z. B. durch Praktika etc.)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutschlandweite Reisetätigkeit

  • Spaß und Motivation bei der Arbeit mit Kunden
