Als dualer Student (m/w/d) in Kooperation mit der Hft Stuttgart kombinierst Du Deinen Bachelor-Mathematikstudiengang perfekt mit der Praxis bei ADWEKO: Im Schwerpunkt Finance lernst Du professionelles und partnerschaftliches Auftreten gegenüber dem Kunden und bringst Dich proaktiv mit Deinen Ideen und Wünschen in unseren Berateralltag ein, sowohl im Kundenprojekt als auch bei internen Projekten. Je nachdem, wie sich Deine persönlichen Stärken während des Studiums entwickeln, kannst Du frei mitgestalten, welches unserer Finance-Fokusthemen am besten zu Dir passt.
Your Tasks at Adweko
- Optimiere die Prozesse unserer Kunden: Du arbeitest u. a. in der Robotic Process Automation (RPA), in der Optimierung von Kreditentscheidungen durch KI oder der Lösungsintegration von Start-ups (FinTechs) durch Open Banking.
- Erarbeite Dir integrative Lösungen: In Transformationsprojekten zu nationalen und internationalen Rechnungsstandards erarbeitest Du integrative Lösungen passend zu den Kundenanforderungen.
- Lerne innovative Systeme kennen: Du begleitest Deinen Kunden bei der Transformation des Finance-Bereichs und lernst innovative IT-Lösungen wie z. B. SAP S/4HANA, SAP FPSL oder UiPath kennen.
- Wissenstransfer in die Praxis: Letztlich unterstützt Du bei der nachhaltigen Überführung von Kundenprojekten in die alltägliche Arbeit.
- Deine Weiterentwicklung im Vordergrund: Du vertiefst Deine Skills in den Themen Accounting, Prozessoptimierung, Kreditmanagement und Datenqualitätsmanagement.

Deine Persönlichkeit:
- Wissenshungrig und bereit herausfordernde Tätigkeiten zu erarbeiten, um erlernte Studieninhalte direkt anzuwenden.
- Abstraktes und logisches Denkvermögen; Durchhaltevermögen und das Interesse, auch kniffelige Probleme zu lösen
- Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise; Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität; sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
Rahmenbedingungen:
- Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit: Max 20 Stunden während der Vorlesungszeit und ggf. mehr Stunden in vorlesungsfreier Zeit und während der Praxisphasen.
- Regelstudienzeit: 8 Semester inkl. studienbegleitende Praxisphasen
- Bewerbungsschluss: 15. Juli für Wintersemester, 15. Januar für Sommersemester
