Als Senior Berater:in bist Du vom ersten Tag fester Bestandteil unseres Teams. Dabei identifizierst und operationalisierst Du Security-Anforderungen und berätst unsere Kunden der Banken- und Versicherungsbranche beim Aufbau von Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystemen (ISMS). Mit Blick auf Deine Weiterbildung  gerichtet siehst Du Dich in naher Zukunft in einer Führungsposition mit Fokus auf eine Teamleiter-Rolle. 

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Deine Kernaufgabe: Du verantwortest lösungsorientiert die Definition und Umsetzung zur Qualität der Informationssicherheit unserer Kunden.
  • Deine Expertise ist gefragt: Du nutzt Deine vorhandene Expertise über Aspekte und Anforderungen zur Informations- und IT-Security und erstellst Modelle, um Schwachstellen zu erkennen und zu optimieren.
  • Verantworte Deine eigenen Projekte: Du sorgst für die fachliche Führung, Budgetierung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer IT-Security Projekte.
  • Regulatorische Analyse: Als Teil unseres Analyseteams erkennst Du Veränderungen in regulatorischen Vorgaben, publizierst detaillierte Artikel und berätst Kunden zu möglichen Änderungen.
  • Deine Weiterentwicklung im Fokus: Mit Fokus auf das Team entwickelst Du Dich zielgerichtet in Richtung Führungskompetenz weiter.

These Skills you bring along

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsthemen
  • Erfahrungen im Banken- und/oder Versicherungsumfeld 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Interesse am Thema Personalführung 
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (min. C1)
  • Nice-to-have: Erste Führungserfahrung sowie eine CISM, CISSP oder IPMA Zertifizierung

  • Du bringst Dich mit Begeisterung rund ums Thema IT-Sicherheitsmanagement ein
