Kundenanforderungen annehmen kann jeder – sie technisch umzusetzen ist eine andere Sache! Als Junior Consultant (m/w/d) fungierst Du als Schnittstelle dazwischen und sorgst für den reibungslosen Ablauf und die Weiterentwicklung der Betriebsprozesse unserer Kunden. Daneben steht Deine Ausbildung zum Experten (m/w/d) im Vordergrund. Dich erwarten spannende Projekteinsätze, in denen Du durch die Übernahme erster konkreter Aufgaben sowie regelmäßige Schulungen an Deine zukünftigen Themen im Bereich Managed Services herangeführt wirst.

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Deine Kernaufgabe: Du übernimmst den eigenständigen schrittweisen Transfer fachlicher bzw. technischer Kundenanforderungen ins SAP-System und setzt Anforderungen mithilfe erfahrener Entwickler:innen um.
  • Troubleshooting it is: Du unterstützt bei der Identifikation von Fehlern und deren Behebung. Dabei verstärkst Du unser Team bei der weiteren Optimierung der Anwendungen und testest neue bzw. geänderte Funktionalitäten.  
  • Werde zum Application-Experte: Mit Deinem Know-how bringst Du Dich in fachliche und anwendungsnahe Wartungs- und Weiterentwicklungsaufgaben des Application-Management-Bereichs ein.

These Skills you bring along

    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik, Mathematik bzw. eine äquivalente Ausbildung
    • Du hast Grundkenntnisse im Prozessmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken
    • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft, um für unsere Kunden unterwegs zu sein
    • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

    Deine Persönlichkeit:

    • Du verstehst Dich als serviceorientierten Teamplayer
    • Du weißt es Prozesse logisch zu verstehen und konzeptionell umzusetzen
    • Du hast Interesse an der Umsetzung und Verbesserung von Kundenprozessen mit Fokus auf den Gesamtüberblick rund um die Prozessoptimierung im Banken- und Versicherungswesen
