Als Payroll Spezialist:in steigst Du bei uns in der Personalverwaltung ein, dem Herzstück von ADWEKO. Im HR kümmern wir uns mit Hingabe um die verschiedensten Belange unserer ADWEKOs. In der Personalverwaltung liegt Dein besonderer Fokus auf der Steuerung und Verwaltung von Gehaltsabrechnungs- und Personalverwaltungsprozessen, der Integration Deiner steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Expertise, sowie auf der externen Kommunikation zum Lohnsteuerbüro und zur internen Finanzbuchhaltung. 

Your Tasks at Adweko

  • Verantworte den Gehaltsabrechnungsprozess: Du steuerst und überwachst die Gehaltsabrechnungen unserer ADWEKOs, indem Du alle vergütungsrelevanten Daten für das externe Steuerbüro bereitstellst und überprüfst.
  • Du glänzt mit Fachwissen: Mit Deinen Kenntnissen zum Arbeits-, Steuerrecht- und Sozialversicherungsrecht unterstützt Du unser Management beratend bei neuen Fragestellungen.
  • Datenqualität ist das A und O: Als Teil des Personalverwaltungs-Teams pflegst Du Personalakten und hältst die Personaldatensysteme stets auf aktuellem Stand.
  • Zuverlässige:r Ansprechpartner:in: Du erstellst HR-Dokumente wie z. B. Zeugnisse, Vertragsänderungen oder Bescheinigungen und unterstützt souverän bei Fragen zur Personalverwaltung.​​​​
  • Wir lernen niemals aus: Du schaust über den Tellerrand hinaus und hast stets den Blick für neue Trends, um bestehende Payroll-Prozesse zu optimieren und in ihrer Effizienz zu steigern. 

These Skills you bring along

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder Lohn- und Gehaltswesen o. Ä.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuerrecht- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Gehaltsabrechnungsprozessen und HR-Stammdatenpflege (bspw. in persis) 
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
