Job description
Become a sought-after administrative employee and contribute to the smooth billing of our customer projects. On the one hand you will be responsible for the preparation of the outgoing invoices for all ADWEKO companies and on the other hand you will independently take over tasks for the regular meetings. The following tasks form your field of activity:
- You create and check outgoing invoices, performance records and internal projects and add new customers to the system.
- When it comes to project management, the creation of customer orders in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or time recording for our freelancers, there are no problems for you.
- In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the office organization in coordination with your colleagues from Germany.
Requirements
Do you want to work in a responsible role and at the same time demonstrate your organisational and communication skills in your daily work? Then you are an excellent fit for us - provided you also have the following:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in invoicing
- Knowledge of the SAP modules PS (Project System) and SD (Sales & Distribution) is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
